Harvest Selection brings together three of our most loved nougat recipes in one bag: the floral richness of Leatherwood Honey, the buttery crunch of Pistachio, and the bright fruit notes of Raspberry. Each bite offers something a little different, yet all are united by the same soft handmade nougat and Tasmanian honey at their heart.

The contrast is part of the experience. One piece might showcase the distinctive character of Tasmania’s famous Leatherwood honey. The next might reveal the richness of roasted pistachios or the lively burst of raspberry. Every handful offers a new combination of flavours, textures and colours.

Packed as bite-sized pieces and handcrafted in small batches in Tasmania, Harvest Selection is made for sharing, gifting and gathering around the table. It is a celebration of the ingredients, flavours and traditions that make Luca Nougat what it is today. 
Ingredients:

almonds, sugar, honey (19%), raspberry (raspberry, sweetener (xylitol), sunflower oil) (15%), glucose, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), whole milk powder (milk, emulsifier (soy lecithin)), egg white, natural flavour, wafer paper (potato starch, vegetable oil).
