Luca Nougat Bites - Leatherwood Honey

This is where our story begins.

At the heart of every piece is Tasmanian Leatherwood honey - one of the world’s most distinctive honeys, gathered from the remote rainforests of Tasmania’s west. Floral, aromatic and unmistakably Tasmanian, it gives this nougat its character.

We combine it with roasted almonds and slowly fold it through soft traditional nougat, handcrafted in small batches using time-honoured methods. The result is a delicate, chewy nougat where the honey remains the hero.

Packed as bite-sized pieces, this 150g bag is made for sharing, gifting, or simply enjoying one piece at a time. Whether placed on the table after dinner, packed for a picnic, or enjoyed with an afternoon coffee, it offers the same authentic flavour of Tasmania in a more generous and versatile format.

Ingredients:

almonds, sugar, honey (25%), glucose, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), whole milk powder (milk, soy lecithin), egg white, wafer paper (potato starch,vegetable oil).
